Almost three weeks ago, I have launched my first Quadency grid trading bot. This was not a hassle-free experience for me, as some annoying errors were always preventing the start, but finally, the bot was set up.
Today I am going to finish the experiment and show you the results of Quadency bot it was able to generate during 19 days. I would like to keep it running for a longer time, but this is impossible to continue the experiment due to the amount of errors and undesirable stoppers.

Right after the launch
The bot was working error-free for almost 5 hours, and then this happened:
I have noticed the error the next day, as Quadency is not sending any notifications if anything happens to the bot. So the only way to find out that the algorithm has stopped working is to check the website… all the time… as errors are happening pretty often.

From the last launch date (15th of June), the bot has executed 212 orders and generated +2.04% of pure profit.
Final words
While I do like the interface and usability of Quadency, the stability of their service is something that should definitely be improved. It is hard to make any profit using this bot with the amount of errors and lack of notifications from the platform.
The support is answering pretty well and they willing to help, but it looks like Quadency is missing developers and testers.
I will stop the experiment for now but will keep an eye on this service. Quadency has the potential to become a useful trading bot platform, but the team needs to test out the features and make sure that everything works smoothly before releasing anything live.
I have received my PRO package for free here, but I would be really mad if I bought it for 49 USD. I hope that all the errors will be fixed soon and users who will buy their PRO package will get a better experience.
