My previous Bitsgap bot report was posted around 130 days ago. And this is not because there was no action and profit coming. The bot is executing orders as it should and I did not make any changes to the settings during all this time. This is the reason why I was quiet, the bot is doing its job, so there is nothing much to add here.
Today I just want to give you a small update on the Bitsgap bot performance and show you my current results.
📈 Five Trading Pairs
Right now there are five trading pairs that I run with grid bot on Bitsgap.
As you can see each pair is successfully making a profit so I am constantly improving my cryptocurrency portfolio.
Now let’s check all these pairs one by one. The main metric that is important for us is an Investment change. This metric represents the current profit that a pair will bring if I would close the bot right now and sell all the altcoins back for Bitcoin.
POWR / BTC
This was one of the best pairs during my Bitsgap 0.4 BTC experiment, and as you can see it is a stable revenue-bringer. The pair is rarely leaving the trading range and executing a lot of orders.
- Time running: 168 days
- Number of trades: 20922
- Investment: 0.103 BTC
- Profit: +59,38%
GNT / BTC
This bot has left the trading corridor braking the lower limit and now holding GNT coins, waiting for the moment to sell them. As you can see, this pair is not that stable and sometimes these cases are happening. Right now I will leave it as it is but probably will fix the lower range of the corridor if the pair will continue to break it.
- Time running: 168 days
- Number of trades: 12589
- Investment: 0.102 BTC
- Profit: +25,65%
STORJ / BTC
Another pretty stable grid which is making a nice profit. I will not make any changes to this pair, as the trading corridor seems to be set correctly.
- Time running: 168 days
- Number of trades: 12819
- Investment: 0.1 BTC
- Profit: +57,43%
XLM / BTC
This grid was set up with the Trailing feature. I am not sure if this feature helps to make more profit or not, but the overall result is good. To be honest, the only reason why I launched this bot is that there were some XLM coins left of the balance from the previous experiment and I wanted to put them to work. I was not expecting to earn more here, so any positive result is a good one.
- Time running: 78 days
- Number of trades: 3587
- Investment: 0.015 BTC
- Profit: +18,67%
BTC / USDT
This bot did not make a huge profit for me, but again, the reason for its launch was the availability of unused USDT coins chilling on the balance. As per my experience, Crypto to Stablecoin pairs are not bringing much profit, but they are the most secure pairs to run with the grid bot. These pairs are not accumulating any altcoins I don’t need, only BTC and Stablecoins which I am always happy to hold.
- Time running: 78 days
- Number of trades: 1091
- Investment: 1222 USDT
- Profit: +6,83%
🤔 Afterthoughts
I am running Bitsgap bot for more than a year already and during that time Crypto market experienced different stages. I do like the fact that bot was able to make money both on growing and falling markets.
Hi,
Your trading is really impressive!
How do you set all the Grid step% and for each pair?
Which pair would you use SBot or Classic bot?
And would you set any stop loss or take profit for Bitsgap? Saw that you mentioned you definitely set it for Cryptohopper but not sure if you would set it for Bitsgap too
This is a rich material about crypto bots review, Im trying to saw this for a long time. Congratulations for all hard work.
Im curious about pairs you still running into bitsgap, only all listed above or you have included more pairs?
Right now I am also testing DOGE/BTC pair and it is doing pretty well. Will compose my new report soon.
There’s no mention of what the profits would be if you just left your crypto sit in an account untouched for the same period of time, so I can only assume that wasn’t taken into consideration. Normal profit ranges can be much higher than that, so it appears that by using trading bots, you still profit, but not as much as if you did absolutely nothing.
Kind of a scam when you present it as such.
The goal of my bot trading is to grow the BTC balance. If I just leave my crypto then the amount of the coins will not change. The price can go up, but the amount of the coins will be the same. My bot is making me profit in base currency, which is Bitcoin. So the goal is to grow my Bitcoin balance and during this Bitsgap experiment, I was able to turn 0.4 BTC into 0.517 BTC. You can check the final report here: https://tradingbot.info/results/bitsgap/final-bitsgap-bot-report/ So now the question is: how could I make more profit doing nothing here? 🙂
Hi, Can you reinvest all the earnings for the day into the next day?
Can you do this every single day with the profit from the previous day?
You can do this, but you will need to cancel and relaunch the bot every time to add funds.
Hi

Yep, 1k is a good balance to start trading with.
